I’ve taken the time to check exactly what the “free publicity/promotion” wonderful Nicki’s site has provided since he first posted…

15 clicks.

Truly a marvel and a wonderful help to the myriad of struggling bands out there, past & present. Not.

This demonstrates the fallacy of his argument. Couple this to the fact that the extra link to other copyright file he provided was downloaded 232 times shows the degree of theft involved.
It’s only music, art and I.T. where people are supposed to work for nowt, apparently, in this modern world.
