The Urban Dictionary gives two meanings for Spookhouse.

1. 

   A Ghoul

   A haunted house.   e.g. Nobody lives in that house because it is a spookhouse.

2. The act of eating pussy and rubbing a woman’s tits with both hands while she is standing. When performed correctly, you will look like a ghoulish figure from a spookhouse.     e.g. I gave your mom a stellar Spookhouse last night in the bathroom at KFC.
